Visits organized in wine tourism are not up to date, especially for reasons of accessibility and facilities, but we are thinking about it!

Oenologie question
Can I taste the wines immediately?
The ideal is to wait at least 1 or 2 days before consuming them, after putting them in a cool and ventilated place at 14 ° C. Decanting will be beneficial, at least 1 hour before tasting, if possible.
Oenologie question
What is a wine without added sulphites or wine without added sulfur?
A wine is said to be “without added sulfur”, when it has not received the intentional addition of sulfur, between its development in the vineyard and bottling. Nevertheless, traces of sulphites appear naturally in the wine during fermentation. Indeed, the development of yeasts is accompanied by the formation of sulfur compounds: thus, it is unlikely to find any trace of sulphites in a wine.
From a legislative point of view, winemakers are required to add the words “Contains sulphites”, when they have added sulfur in the process.
